YogaIowa is a statewide network of yogis, artists, and writers dedicated to the unique spirit of Iowa’s wellness community.
Each issue of YogaIowa provides a fresh, contemporary perspective on a host of topics important to Iowans living a healthy lifestyle. Stories and articles are sourced from across Iowa, looking to provide insight and information to improve one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual quality of life.
YogaIowa is published quarterly and distributed for free at numerous locations around the state. Subscriptions are also available in the continental United States for $15/year. (Contact us for international rates.)

Sheree has written and presented on topics ranging from raw food 101 to overcoming career burnout. Currently she hosts Fork in the Road with Sheree Clark , a weekly TV show while continuing to carry a full load of private practice health and nutrition clients.

As founder of Yoga in the Park and Meditation Around Town, Dennis enjoys bringing our community together to experience oneness and personal awareness. His loves are travel and adventure as he connects with people from around the world. With eight grandkids Dennis’ life is filled with tremendous joy and happiness. Gratitude and compassion are his constant companions.

Diane Glass co-founded Tending Your Inner Garden© in 2003 as a way to support women discerning their life direction and purpose. She companions men and women as a spiritual director, and teaches classes at the Des Moines Pastoral Counseling Center on living with our bodies in gratitude and peace.
